Users have the flexibility to access the tool while offline or online. This allows them to conduct searches for plate numbers, permit numbers, and space numbers within the property. Moreover, the presence of "Tow" and "No Tow" lists enhances enforcement capabilities. Residents benefit from the ability to instantly request guest and resident permits, which are immediately searchable.

By logging plate or permit numbers, users can ascertain past citations for a vehicle and receive guidance on the subsequent actions. The tool eliminates the need for manual paper tracking by creating logs that contain photos documenting past notices issued to vehicles.

Users can generate new entries by selecting the corresponding option from the app's side menu and inputting location and entry details. Notably, if an entry involves a registered vehicle, a resident alert is automatically dispatched.
